Job Description:

• Enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training.
• Provide project assistance.
• Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy. Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company.

• Attend work on a regular basis and support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules.
• Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounting system configuration requests and testing, capital project setup and maintenance, system questions and requests
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting information systems or related field
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines
• Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen
