Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Providence Health and Services summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) providing acute care at Providence Alaska Medical Center on a full-time day shift, delivering patient-focused, whole-person nursing in a hospital medical-surgical unit. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Alaska RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience; eligible hires may receive up to a $10,000 bonus. Position is on-site with comprehensive benefits, wage range $43.29–$76.06/hour, and multiple shift opportunities within a not-for-profit health system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
