830am to 530pm hour
3+ years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred)

Bohemia NY
Summary:
Supports the healthcare team by keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff
Answer phones and direct calls to the right department
Order medical/office supplies and handle mail
Prepare payment requests and meeting materials
Scan and organize patient and office documents
Keep equipment maintained and report issues
Assist with day-to-day office tasks
Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
Skilled in Microsoft Word & Excel
Skills:
Strong communication and organization
Detail-focused and dependable
Can multitask and meet deadlines
Professional and calm under pressure
Salary depending on Experience $21.92 - $27.40
