Job Description
The New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers (NJ CAR), founded in 1918, is a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of the 500+ franchised car and truck retailers throughout New Jersey. The Coalition promotes public policies that ensure a fair and competitive marketplace and keeps its members informed on a variety of business matters, practices, trends, and legislation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have attention to detail and possess strong MS Word and Excel skills. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and the ability to manage multiple administrative projects is also essential in this position.

This is an in-person assignment at the NJ CAR office, 856 River Road, Trenton NJ.
Hours: Average of 15-20 hours a week. Specific hours are to be determined with some flexibility but will work during our office hours Mon-Fri from 8:30 to 5PM.
