United Talent is currently seeking a n Accounts Payable Technician for Huntington , WV!

Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clean background to qualify for this opportunity.

AP& AR Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort code and match invoices.
• Set up invoices for payment.
• Enter data invoices into the system.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay and shift: Pay is $18.00 an hour. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Prefers bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable departments
• Excellent office admin skills such as communication, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong mathematical background.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting software procedures
• 1-3 years of accounts payable and receivable or general accounting experience.
