Base pay range $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to lease apartments at our Aurora community, The Aventine at Oakhurst North. As the face of our company and property, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, building relationships and demonstrating why they should choose our community as home. A proven track record in sales and a dedication to positive customer experience is essential. Responsibilities Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and match them with the best apartment options. Inspect curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure readiness for tours. Follow up on Internet and phone leads to schedule appointments. Tour prospects and close leasing agreements. Process applications, prepare lease packages, and manage renewals. Conduct move‑in orientations and ensure all move‑in requirements are fulfilled. Manage community marketing and social media. Qualifications Previous sales and customer service experience required; apartment industry experience required. Illinois leasing license preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents. Motivated self‑starter who works well in a team setting. Preferred knowledge of Yardi property management software.
