Right now, we’re hiring for our Website Division, where we help HVAC contractors upgrade their outdated or nonexistent websites with high-converting, done-for-you builds. This role is all about making the first contact, opening conversations, and booking demos that lead to serious revenue.

The Position: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Your job? Open the door.
You’ll be cold calling HVAC business owners across the U.S. using our CRM and dialing systems. You’ll introduce our company, ask smart questions (we provide training), and book qualified demos where our sales team presents a free, custom-built website. No hard closing required on your end.
You’ll be:
Making 100+ outbound calls daily
Following up with interested leads using SMS + email drip campaigns
Using proven scripts (that we’ll customize with you over time)
Tracking activity and performance inside our CRM
Collaborating with leadership during weekly training and reviews
What We’re Looking For
Someone with strong phone presence and natural confidence
Self-starter with discipline, you own your outcomes
Clear communicator with excellent articulation
Curious mindset, you ask smart questions and stay coachable
Experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting is a plus
Familiarity with home services, digital marketing, or CRMs is also a plus
Important Notes
Compensation: Performance-based (commission per qualified demo + bonuses)
Expected Output: 40 booked appointments per month
Daily KPI: 100 calls/day
