Your Role
As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine. This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
Make outbound calls and create meaningful conversations with financial advisors nationwide.
Build strong client relationships using your communication and consultative sales skills.
Identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and close deals that drive our business forward.
Consistently follow up with prospects while delivering top-tier service.
Network, prospect, and generate referrals to expand our reach.
Collaborate with a high-energy team to achieve — and exceed — aggressive goals.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (recent grads welcome!).
Outgoing personality with a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent phone, negotiation, and communication skills.
