Appointment Generator
Duties:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential clients to generate appointments for our sales team
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Provide information about our products and services to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment generation targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
