SOUTH CONGRESS HOTEL is hiring for Manana Barista
The living room for the neighborhood, South Congress Hotel, is an 83-room boutique hotel designed to be a community activity hub. A place for travelers and locals alike, the hotel has three restaurants, a coffee + bakeshop, a rooftop pool, an award-winning Lobby Bar, and two retail spaces, in addition to a range of community events + programming open to all. All locally owned, all right at the doorstep of Austin's favorite street.

Dialing in coffee and espresso, coffee origins and flavor profiles, the Merit Coffee brand, the best-of-the-best barista skills, sales and retail skills, inventory management, salesfloor flow and organization, and Unreasonable Hospitality.
