For more information about the Tribe, visit Description SummaryThe Beverage Cart Attendant has the responsibility of providing golf course guests with friendly, prompt, complete and efficient food and beverage service on the golf course, meeting all of the guests needs within specified standardsEssential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)In a prompt, efficient, and professional manner provides a convenient method for guests to obtain food and beverage items while out on the course.Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.Accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume.Utilizes of Point of Sales system and creates daily sales reports.Access to Sensitive Areas and InformationAs per the ACGC Access Matrix.QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma/G.E.D: Must possess a valid driver's license.Strong listening and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a "customer first" mentality Working Conditions/Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that much be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this position.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
