Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Trucking Dispatcher to help us coordinate day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight pick-up and delivery
Monitor driver locations and maintain communication throughout their routes
Update customers on delivery statuses and resolve any delivery issues
Communicate with drivers to ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Maintain accurate records of driver assignments and delivery details
Coordinate with maintenance and operations to ensure equipment readiness
Use dispatching software and other tools to track loads and optimize routes
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – Required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, dispatching software a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Trucking or logistics industry experience is preferred but not required
Willing to train the right candidate – strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation
