Building Inspector II

MSA has an opportunity for a Building Inspector II at any of the Appleton, WI office on the Public Works Service Line . The projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. This can be a full-time position and we are open to discussion on your scheduling preferences.

• Commercial and Residential building assistance/inspections
• Housing program assistance
• Willingness to travel locally to support our client needs

Qualifications

What you bring: Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

• 4 or more years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar experience required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Wisconsin UDC required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, act independently, and be an effective team player
• This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position
