Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables. + Drive the end-to-end delivery of business intelligence solutions. + Oversee test planning and execution, and ensure high-quality user acceptance testing. + Leverage expertise in Tableau and Power BI to manage and present key performance metrics. + Support the implementation of governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance. + Enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization. + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management The Team Join our AI & Engineering team in transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. Qualifications Required + 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into user stories and impact analyses for technical teams using Jira or similar tools. + 3+ years developing test cases, defining test criteria, and leading UAT with business stakeholders. + 3+ years administering Tableau and/or Power BI, including acquiring and presenting performance measures. + Experience implementing or managing governance frameworks for BI platforms. + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + This is a remote role Preferred + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86000 to $120000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
