Telecommunication/Cable Technician $18+ DOE

General job description:

Do you have any experience working with low volt wiring? Have an interest in electronics? Great local company is expanding and we are seeking candidates to fill a cable technician position. This person must have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working. Must be able to problem solve. Telecommunication experience is a great plus, but not required. Willing to train someone with an interest in electronics or technology and looking for a career! Requirements:

• Installing, testing and troubleshooting voice and data wiring.
• Experienced with splicing and terminating copper and fiber.
• Ability to read blue prints
• Must have good communication skills.
• Paging ,CCTV ,Security a plus
• Some networking knowledge a plus.
• BICSI Certified for Installer or Technician a plus
• Valid driver's license required with no DUI in the past 3 years.
• Must pass a background check.
