Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education center. The ideal candidate will have a strong early childhood education background and demonstrate excellent leadership and administrative skills.

Duties - Oversee daily operations of the child care center
- Ensure compliance with all State of Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) regulations
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with state standards
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Manage budget and financial operations
- Maintain positive relationships with families and community partners
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- ECE 250 Administrative Course as required by the OEC
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed child care program, including at least 1 year in an administrative or supervisory capacity
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and medication administration
- Knowledge of CT OEC licensing regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using child care management software
