As a Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, best-practice standards, and professional skills to support Sales and Services engagements for the Baxter Care Communications product portfolio, including Nurse Call and Digital Health products. You will report to the Clinical Operations Lead and work internally with the Project Management team and Engineers, and externally with customer clinical staff to implement and provide updates on project status. You will complete clinical program deliverables for sales/service delivery, including clinical assessments, clinical design strategy, user acceptance testing, launch support, revenue recognition, and ongoing customer clinical engagements. Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Implementation Engineers, Care Communication Executives, and Account Managers to ensure a successful device purchase and implementation. Provide support and clinical assessments within Care Communication program workflows, such as nurse call, voice, text, clinical integrations, clinical workflows, and clinical training. Lead clinical workshops to guide clinicians in their choice of clinical configurations of Care Communications products for enterprise and unit-based settings. Develop positive relationships with the customer to ensure adoption and successful data-driven outcomes of all Care Communication product deployments. Provide clinical content to support Sales and Services engagements via written and verbal formats. Build and handle clinical program documentation and coordinate quality control throughout the life cycle of a customer engagement. Provide project-related executive summary documentation to hospital partners. Collaboratively build references and clinical user groups at strategic customer hospital facilities to advance Baxter's clinical product value proposition. Requirements include RN, BSN, minimum of 3 years acute care hospital experience, ability to articulate and implement clinical technology, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
