Five (5) years of professional experience that includes: Strong partnerships and collaboration with Indigenous communities in the United States. Working at a systems level in education to help ensure that Indigenous students have access to and receive culturally responsive and culturally responsible Tier 1 education. Cultural knowledge of and practice within Indigenous cultures, especially those which exist on Minnesota land. Teaching K-12 and experience planning, developing, and conducting professional development. Understand how to work effectively through trauma-informed activities and responses from Indigenous communities and families. Extensive understanding to support policies for Indian Education for All. A bachelor's or master's degree will count for 1 year of experience. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Indigenous cultures in the United States, Education or a related field Administrative License Additional Requirements A job offer will be contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
