What You’ll Do
- Lead site accounting & finance operations , including cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Partner with plant leadership to develop budgets, review monthly performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.
- Oversee transactional accuracy —reconciliations, general ledger, and compliance.
- Manage inventory accounting, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with manufacturing experience required .
- Strong ERP systems expertise and deep knowledge of cost accounting .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major accounting systems.
- A hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can operate independently while influencing and collaborating with plant leadership.
- Strong communicator with integrity, judgment, and adaptability.
