CRM Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for an organized and energized CRM Marketing Coordinator who is eager to learn new skills. As part of our CRM team, this role will work across Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Service, and Creative teams to drive increased user engagement and loyalty through email, SMS, and Direct Mail marketing. The ideal candidate is someone wanting exposure to the beauty direct-to-consumer business, focused on social impact, with interest in customer lifecycle marketing. This position will report directly to a CRM Lead and success will be measured by the ability to execute campaign building, QA, copywriting, project management, and deployment of Email Marketing campaigns in addition to copywriting and various tasks related to SMS and Direct Mail marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, Marketing, and CX to develop, collect, and distribute shared creative digital assets for digital relationship marketing channels.
• Write creative briefs for designers to execute email and direct mail campaigns that drive customer loyalty and revenue.
• Write compelling copy for SMS campaigns and sitewide promotional messaging.
• Upload email campaigns for delivery.
• Assist in testing implementation, analysis, and optimization of emails.
• Assist in creating segments within the email marketing platform.
• On a recurring basis, report on the top revenue-driving campaigns and overall CRM engagement metrics.
• Review competitor email campaigns and audit opportunities.
• Quality assurance of email campaigns with attention to detail and an eye for optimized execution of all campaigns.
• Responsible for submitting creative design requests and project managing the creative production and design feedback process in tandem with the Creative Project Manager.
• Performs other marketing and operational duties as assigned.
