As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in our nonprofit outreach efforts by:
Engaging with the public at community events, retail stores, and fundraising activations
Delivering friendly, professional, and informative customer service
Educating potential donors about charitable causes and nonprofit initiatives
Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and campaign logistics
Accurately collecting and recording donor and customer information
Collaborating with campaign leads to optimize outreach strategies
Supporting and mentoring new team members as you grow
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
Are outgoing, approachable, and enjoy talking to people
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Can work a flexible schedule , including some evenings and weekends
Are 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus!)
