The Education Program Consultant will be an integral member of the Bureau of Educational Examiners responsible for evaluation and processing of potential educators. Your Responsibilities This position will provide leadership and support to individuals seeking licensure as an Iowa Educator. Advising applicants on requirements, evaluation of submitted documentation, and determination of eligibility for coaching authority and other educational licensure. Will have direct interaction with individuals in pre-service preparation and in the field on topics related to licensure requirements and ethical standards as related to education. Will serve as an integral part of a team assisting Iowa’s Educators and rule development and future direction of the Board of Educational Examiners.
