Volt is immediately hiring an Industrial Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina with a well-known industry leader. This is a first shift position. As an Industrial Engineer you will: Be Responsible for providing analysis and project management support for the Distribution organization. Identify, quantify and communicate opportunities for improvement on the Distribution network Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements. Establish best practices across the Distribution network. Maintain documentation of best practices and administer their execution. Provide functional support for the Warehouse Management System, including Labor Management, Slotting and Reporting. Build staffing planning models to aid in DC management and Distribution network planning. Assist in determining metrics to guide Supply Chain management.
