We’re actively hiring a motivated and outgoing Event & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, or promotional campaigns —no experience required, paid training provided .
As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live promotional events that raise awareness and engagement for meaningful causes. You’ll collaborate with our events team to deliver impactful, in-person experiences that connect nonprofits with their communities.
✅ Key Responsibilities:Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live community events
Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth and successful activations
Manage branded displays, promotional materials, and campaign inventory
Track event metrics , such as attendee engagement and donation activity
Support on-site promotional efforts aligned with campaign goals
Help train and mentor new team members as our outreach team grows
Deliver an engaging, professional experience to event attendees and supporters
Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
A friendly, energetic personality and passion for event marketing or social impact
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, in-person environments
Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
Comfort interacting with diverse groups and the general public
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a team setting
