We’re actively hiring a motivated and outgoing Event & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, or promotional campaigns —no experience required, paid training provided .

As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live promotional events that raise awareness and engagement for meaningful causes. You’ll collaborate with our events team to deliver impactful, in-person experiences that connect nonprofits with their communities.

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live community events

• Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth and successful activations

• Manage branded displays, promotional materials, and campaign inventory

• Track event metrics , such as attendee engagement and donation activity

• Support on-site promotional efforts aligned with campaign goals

• Help train and mentor new team members as our outreach team grows

• Deliver an engaging, professional experience to event attendees and supporters

• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills

• A friendly, energetic personality and passion for event marketing or social impact

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, in-person environments

• Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset

• Comfort interacting with diverse groups and the general public
