About the Role
The Company is in search of a full-time Executive Director to lead its nonprofit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, fiscal health, and program excellence of the organization. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5-8 years in nonprofit management. A Master's degree and experience in LGBTQIA+ or youth-serving organizations are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LGBTQIA+ communities, a commitment to the organization's values, and the ability to lead through growth and change. Key competencies include strategic planning, organizational management, and proficiency in Google Workspace. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a diverse team, and ensure the organization's financial sustainability. The Executive Director will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors, support effective governance, and promote the organization's mission at local, regional, and national levels.
