Klie Law Offices is hiring a Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Parkersburg, WV . If you have a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.

We help real people facing life-changing issues like divorce, custody, and domestic abuse. You won’t be buried in paperwork here—you’ll be in the courtroom, developing strategy, and directly supporting clients.

What You’ll Get:

• $80,000–$115,000 total compensation (base + performance bonuses)

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders
• Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
• Occasionally travel for hearings across WV

What You Need:

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
• Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
