The role offers full-time employment with flexible scheduling and involves collaboration with subspecialists at an ambulatory surgery center. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine and able to obtain an Indiana medical license.

Qualifications:

• Must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicineor Internal Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Able to obtain IN license
• MD, DO or equivalent education
