Registered Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and regularly re-evaluate nursing needs of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
• Maintain open communication with Physicians, the Case Management team, and family members regarding any changes in the patient's condition.
• Provide clear health care instructions to patients and their families based on assessments and care plans.
• Ensure electronic medical records are updated routinely and according to policy.

Job Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in California.
• Associate's Degree or higher.
• Experience is preferred, but newly graduated RNs are also encouraged to apply. Current CPR Certification is a must.
• Candidate must reside near LA County.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator with strong observational and problem-solving skills, demonstrating both written and oral proficiency.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload efficiently.

• Part-time, PRN, Per diem; pay ranges from $50.00 - $70.00 per hour based on experience.
• Shifts available: Day shift, Night shift.
• Standard shift patterns: Day and Night shifts available.
• Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.
