HR Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to schedule orientation and training sessions.
- Collect and verify new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate communication and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee information.
- Provide excellent customer service to new employees and address their onboarding questions.
Qualifications
