HVAC Installers for

Position Overview As an HVAC Installer, you will play a key role in the installation and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. This includes ductless mini-split systems, retrofit installations, and more.

Key Responsibilities - Install HVAC systems, including ductless mini-splits, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, ductwork, and related components
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ducting and fittings on-site and in the shop
- Install and connect refrigerant lines, low-voltage control wiring, and PVC venting and drainage
- Pressure test and leak-check refrigerant lines
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring according to diagrams and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, OSHA safety requirements, and job site standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and vendors
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
What We're Looking For - Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Willing to train motivated candidates with a construction or HVAC background
- Certifications & Skills:
- EPA Certification required
- Working knowledge of HVAC codes, components, and installation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Tools of the trade required
- Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in diverse environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, attics)
- Comfortable working on ladders and standing for extended periods
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Schedule & Pay - Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
