The position offers on-the-job training and is suitable for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. The shifts available are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Responsibilities Convey materials to various locations throughout the job site. Organize and maintain clean work areas. Perform basic insulation installation, coating application, taping, and removal. Participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced team members. Essential Skills General labor experience. Familiarity with construction processes. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to perform production-related tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not required. Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and working outside. The company provides tools for entry-level workers, which will be replaced at company expense if worn out through normal use. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
