Responsibilities As an insulation helper you will be partnered with an Insulation Mechanic to learn the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer. You will be taught how to install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment as well as plumbing systems and industrial piping. There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman and even a Superintendent. With the amount of construction going on across the US, the insulation trade is a great industry with a lot of growth potential and job security.
