Our client is a large SEC-registered Investment Advisor, and they are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the firms Portfolio Managers in the coordinated delivery of services to their ultra-high net worth and institutional clients. This role will support in both investment and administrative processes.
Your role responsibilities include:
• Support the Portfolio Manager in all areas to provide exceptional service to clients and counterparties.
• Prepare investment plans with PM guidance for individual client portfolios.
• Work with the PM, Operations team and external counterparties to develop and monitor execution of trades.
• Support PM’s client and counterparty communication.
• Coordinate internal resources including Client Services, Research and Operations to provide maximum leverage to PM’s time and to make certain that client needs are met.
Qualification:
• 5+ years' work experience in financial services required (private banking, buy-side analyst, client services, investment adviser or related role).
• An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related degree required.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Required languages – Spanish and English.
