Spectrum Search is working with a leading acquisition and investment company focused on solar, wind, and real estate-related renewable assets, and is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their dynamic Houston-based team.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and enhance financial models to support investment decisions across renewable asset classes (solar, wind, land leaseholds, royalties, etc.)
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance on deal valuation, due diligence, and market research
• Draft investment memos and internal reports that influence strategy and execution
• Maintain and improve proprietary databases and corporate modeling frameworks
• Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to identify key trends and opportunities
• Aggregate and interpret large data sets to develop insights on target markets and partners
• Drive performance improvement by identifying gaps and recommending solutions across the portfolio

Must Have:

1. 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, valuation, or a related role—preferably within renewables or the broader energy sector
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
