CAD Designer
We are seeking a full time CAD Designer to join our team. The main function of this position will be to create 3D CAD designs using precious & semi precious stones. The designs will be used to manufacture custom pieces.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have previous jewelry industry experience
- Must have two or more years of experience designing 3D CAD jewelry
- Must have two or more years of experience with custom jobs specifically with bridal jewelry, engagement rings, bands, and pendants
- Experience with Rhino, Matrix (Gold) and/or 3Design 3D Sprint preferred
- Maintain and organize 3D model library
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
- Must be in person at our midtown NY location
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years in CAD Jewelry Design
- Knowledge in manufacturing standards
- Significant working knowledge of Projet 2500W
- Knowledge in Lost-wax Casting
