Job Summary

• Supports sales team in driving up revenue and growing the client base.

General Accountabilities

• Manages large and small accounts internally and externally.
• Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all accounts.
• Develops plans and implements strategy for securing and maintaining accounts.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the customers' end use markets, their client base, and their main competitors.
• Establishes and builds strong working relationships with business leaders and team members.
• Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Selects and hires potential account representatives.
• Supervises a team of account representatives.
• Assists sales team members with building and managing client relationships.
• Manages overall customer satisfaction.
• Prepares sales proposals.
• Assists with budget development.
• Works with suppliers to expand opportunities for clients.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
