We are a fast-growing kitchen and home remodeling company seeking a talented Designer & Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines creativity, customer service, and sales skills to help clients design their dream spaces while driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand remodeling needs.
Create design concepts and material selections (kitchens, baths, and more).
Prepare and present proposals and estimates.
Guide clients through the sales process and close contracts.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience in kitchen, bath, or interior design (preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in design software (2020, AutoCAD, or similar).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
