About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our family medical practice. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our Family Nurse Practitioner and care team to deliver whole-person care that addresses both the physical and emotional health of our patients.
What You’ll Do
Provide counseling services to individuals and families in a supportive medical setting.
Partner with medical providers to develop integrated care plans.
Conduct assessments and offer guidance on stress management, coping skills, and wellness.
Help patients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, trust, and encouragement.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling (or related field) with an active LPC license.
Experience in mental health counseling; primary care or medical setting preferred.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
A patient-centered approach with a heart for holistic care.
