About the Role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial information to determine eligibility for loans.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to underwriting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage lending.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FHA, VA, and conventional loans.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets.
