WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital System in Lowville, NY.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care. Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition.
\n
• Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs.
\n
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care.
\n
• Help in administering medication.
\n
• Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase.
\n
• Notify a doctor for a patient’s condition when deemed necessary.
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• RN license for the state that you are employed in.
\n
• BSN preferred.
\n
• Formal nurse training; certification as hospice nurse is a plus.
\n
• Current CPR certificate.
\n
