Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Week A: 3 days
• Week B: 4 days

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour , based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator , you'll play a key role in supporting packaging operations by staging materials, removing waste, and organizing finished goods. You'll ensure everything flows smoothly on the production line and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and stage materials (cheese, cartons, pallets, shrink wrap, etc.) as needed
• Load and remove pallets using Lantech palletizing equipment
• Keep packaging stations stocked and organized
• Remove and properly dispose of waste materials and packaging debris
• Maintain accurate lift logs and follow safety guidelines at all times
• Coordinate with operators and managers to support daily production flow
• Keep finished product areas neat and safely stacked
• Refill glue melters and retrieve materials throughout the shift
• Assist other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Willing to work rotating schedules and long shifts

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically able to lift, move, and stack materials throughout a 12-hour shift
• Prior forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Willing to work rotating schedules and long shifts
