What You’ll Do

• Solve manufacturing floor challenges through engineering solutions.
• Research and implement Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Monitor and improve key process tolerances.

What You’ll Need

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication—written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interpret technical documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant experience (internships count).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a Government Secret Clearance.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Compensation

Salary Range: $75,280 – $112,920

Final offer depends on experience and location.
