Huntington Learning Center has been helping students succeed in school for more than 45 years. We are looking for talented professionals who will help students in grades 6-12 achieve self‑confidence, motivation, and academic success. Our programs support students with closing the COVID gap, re‑engaging in their education, reaching their goal test scores, and moving to the front of the class academically. After a paid training period to learn our methods, you will spend your time teaching and making a difference in children’s lives. We provide the curriculum and develop individualized programs for each student. Opportunity Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting, or across a small group of up to 4. Focus on classroom skill development, homework help, subject tutoring, and ACT/SAT test prep. All curricula are provided, and tutoring takes place in the center. Paid training and professional development opportunities. Flexible, part‑time hours on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. Collaborative, fun, and rewarding work environment. Teaching Hours Monday – Thursday 12‑8:30 pm; Fridays 12‑7 pm; Saturdays 9 am‑3 pm. Requirements A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required. Expertise in Math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Calculus, etc.) and/or Science (Chemistry, Physics, Life Sciences, etc.). Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to students’ success.
