Medical Receptionist 
Annandale, VA
Pay From: $20 per hour

MUST:
The experienced Medical Receptionist will have experience:
3+ years' experience in a busy medical office
Experience verifying insurance coverage and reviewing with patients
Must have a great attitude and be reliable
EMR experience is a must,
Must possess sound judgment, good communication and business acumen skills

DUTIES:
The job will consist of the following:
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of office
Filing and Managing Medical Records
Enhancing patients/customers experience by providing clerical/technical support
Properly handling incoming calls; take complete messages with accurate information using message intake form
Scheduling patient appointments by adhering to scheduling guidelines
Verifying appointments, print schedules, update patient information as necessary
Review schedules for cancellations/No show appointments
