Our client, industry leader in construction and engineering services, is seeking a MEP Construction Project Manager San Antonio to join their team. As a MEP Construction Project Manager San Antonio, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction and engineering teams. • Coordinate construction projects, developing detailed plans to meet project goals and timelines.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project staff, ensuring ongoing development and competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in MEP or related sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and management principles.
