Merchant Services Business Manager Vice President

Join our Business Management team and play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance by leading strategic initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor to Business and Group Heads.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business unit financial performance reporting, drive annual planning initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage and deliver key workstreams including pipeline data analysis, month-end results, business townhall materials, and executive reviews.
• Deliver prompt and effective responses to executive ad-hoc requests, oversee project management, develop impactful presentations, and conduct comprehensive business analysis.
• Organize and present complex information strategically, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and creating wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify and assess key business risks, proactively leading analysis to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.
• Leverage Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Champion collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
• Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Knowledge of Alteryx.
