We are representing a reputable General Contractor headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across a variety of sectors, including multifamily, government, interiors, and mixed-use. As the company expands its presence in the Fredericksburg, VA market, their main focus is on multifamily developments and are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team.

Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities for multifamily construction projects in the Fredericksburg area. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain project schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in multifamily
• Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project timelines
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and quality control practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Experience working in the Fredericksburg or greater Northern VA market is a plus
