Overview Team Lead at Staffing Technologies (a subsidiary of Saicon Group)

• Consider US citizen only | • Position Type: Full-Time
• Location: Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Everett (Travel is voluntary to launch sites outside of WA - Florida, California, Nevada, Portland, Mexico)
• This is not a 9-5 job, 40-hour work week - There will be after-hours planned maintenance

Deep technical hands on experience regarding routing and switching experience, TCP, BGP, OSPF, Cisco ISE. Networking fundamental, Vast Troubleshoot experience required - Example: customer cannot connect to wireless or wired. Role: This individual will be joining Operations team that is onsite (Redmond), with an expectation of being on their on-call rotation.

• High paced environment - Looking for a motivated mindset and a different level of sense of urgency. Looking for productivity and ownership
• The team is flat, levels 1-3 - they want people that have the hands-on work , can do day to day operations. Up to 10 years of experience will be consider.
• Customer/Client is more open to someone who hasn’t been job hopping

A CCNP or equivalent candidate would suffice with experience managing large/complex networks and excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong ownership, ability to multitask and deep dive is an absolute must. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, connectivity and performance issues Deployment and ongoing maintenance of network solutions in office, manufacturing and lab environments Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation Exercise mature change control processes for network modifications (Potentially improve the process where possible) Qualifications Experience with routing and switching, TCP, BGP, OSPF, Cisco ISE Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues Ability to work onsite in Redmond and participate in on-call rotation CCNP or equivalent certification and experience managing large/complex networks Willingness to work in a high-paced environment with ownership and multitasking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Staffing Technologies by 2x Get notified about new Network Engineer jobs in Redmond, WA .
