We are looking for a Manager for our Providence, RI location. We are looking for a leader who is responsible, caring, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club
- Talk to guests about our menu and answer any questions they may have.
- Recommend items to add to the menu that will be most popular with our guests.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Maintain proper inventory levels in the club
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, floor, kitchen, and locker rooms
- Provide customer service by answering questions or resolving customer complaints
- Hire and train all staff
