Outside/Field Sales Representative – Security Services Location: Kent, WA (territory: King & Pierce Counties)
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 base DOE + commission

We are expanding our presence in King and Pierce Counties and are looking for an energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative to help grow our client base.
Position Overview This is an in-person, field-based sales role—not a desk job. You’ll spend your days meeting with business owners, property managers, and construction superintendents across the Puget Sound region to introduce our guard services and generate new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities - Prospect, visit, and build relationships with potential clients throughout King and Pierce Counties
- Conduct site walks and evaluate client security needs
- Present CGS services and solutions in person and over the phone
- Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach
- Record activities and manage your territory through CRM software (Pipedrive)
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to prepare quotes and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications - Prior experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B service sales preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and in-person outreach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to hit targets
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Google Workspace)
- Military, law enforcement, or blue-collar service backgrounds are highly valued
